As a regular member you can not post in the HAF, WTB but you can create threads there if you need something, and create threads in the Marketplace categories, and you need at least 50 posts before you can create a JV. Other than that just try to post in the right categories according to your questions.

Hi, welcome. BHW is not like Reddit, there are no karma / like-based restrictions. You're free to "post" in any part of the forum, just make sure to spend a few minutes actively looking for the best place to post. There are dedicated sections for pretty much everything, so if you post in the wrong one — you won't get any answers and you'll just waste both yours and admin's time.

As a tip: don't think of threads as posts. These are discussions.
