I cant replied as there is an permission issue "You have insufficient privileges to reply here."

Any way to bypass this?

You can't reply in that HAF thread you started (only VIPs can reply there), neither you can start a private conversation just yet. At the moment you need to wait for the interested party to PM you, then you can reply.

Otherwise you need 15 posts to send a pm.
