Hello everyone. I remember it was quite some time ago when I registered to find proxies on this site..
With that said.. I do want to get some advice. For someone like me that has recently only relied on PPV mainly, what do you suggest the next step from here would be?
Pay Per Install? Ive been mesmerised by the idea for some odd reason and I really wanted to do something similar. In fact I remember I had gotten approved at Adperio and they had some Adobe installs and some others (cant remember off top of my head)... and I aint even using this network or any others with these offers for that matter. I guess I always assumed alot of this stuff was for Mobile and not PPV or PPC. So now Im at a point Im really intrigued by the idea of promoting installs.
The OTHER traffic strategy: Media Buying.
Adops has always been like a "dream" for me. Perhaps just knowing the sheer amount of volume of traffic available to me simply gets me that much closer to scaling up any campaign once I can get past learning about the traffic exchanges and how they operate. A year or 2 ago just watching a webinar relating this stuff (paid traffic) felt like I was learning a new language, but now I realize I have gained alot of knowledge relating to paid traffic, and most of the fundamentals that go along with it.. so Media Buying "should" be that much easier to get into??
Sigh. Ok.. sorry for the rant. If I can get past this mental block I could thaw out and start to work on something new instead of the same ole same ole. (and put my loyal outsourced help to work to lol) . I guess Im looking for a nudge in the right direction, since I KNOW I can get lost easily when jumping from one "idea" to the next..and they ALL sound like great ones! Anyway Im really happy I "reverted" to BHW today and just realized how great this place really is! Cheers!
