I'm making avg £4000 per month, advice needed.

I really wouldn't bother going down the seo route, unless your website has content on it?, seo is hard when all the onsite seo is 100% so if you have never done seo before then trying to rank a image site could be impossible, also if you choose blackhat seo you could make mistakes and could harm your website... if SEO is a must, then I would outsource it 100% but know that real seo professionals are quite expensive and could cut into your profits.

instead i would just stick to expanding to pinterest|Twitter|Youtube, if you say you dont know how to get a following i don't believe you!

your associates from facebook most likely have these accounts so first reach out to them and see if you can get the same deal for your pinterest|Twitter|Youtube accounts,
second with that kind of traffic just by placing buttons on your website for pinterest|twitter your going to get people clicking and following or repining...

Yeah in my opinion the bought Followers/likes/repins whatever are all fake, however they are not supposed to be real, the idea is to make the account look good so when real people visit they are comfortable to follow or whatever too.

SEO is stupid, overrated and a waste of money. Stick to social sites. Tumblr, Reddit etc..
 
I see some of you are with me and some against me, i think the ones that are hating are not making enough money, i dont mean to sound funny but why would you start attacking me like this for no reason? I mean why would someone even bring up the shit-list?

I have only been using adsense so far and had no trouble at all been paid out for the last 4 months and even had them email me a couple of times with suggestions on ad placements for better results.

I am thinking of putting one CPA ad on there but not sure what to put on but will do some test and see which works best.

The traffic sources you are using right now are pretty reliable and it is good to see that your traffic is not depent on your Google ranking. I was actually wondering what do you do with your mobile traffic. The traffic sources that you have are very often visit by mobile devices. Are you able to convert this traffic as well? Haha, nice one, all the best Buff. And haterz are gonna hate, that's how it is. So, keep doing your thing and about SEO....I have a list (few days old) of 1500 sites in the funny images/videos niche so if you wan't I can send it to you...I don't know, maybe you can check the competition.
 
If I would be you, I would not like to depend on Google, especially after seeing the updates from the last period of time. You should be very happy with your method because it works and it does not need traffic from G.
Instead of focusing on SEO I would start building similar projects to the one that is already producing money.

You are making nice money. I too have a funny pictures site but only avg. 10 cents per day lol.

What I suggest, out of the payment you get every month, keep aside 50% of that. Use the other 50% to invest back. Start small with new techniques. Test which works best. You are most comfortable with which technique? Then invest more. If you are not having a technique, invest in other people's business. If by chance you face loss, you have the other 50% to cover you up.

As far as SEO is concerned, I suggest you not to go down that road. It is very time consuming. Try CPA, or sell adverts. Build lists. Build more sites and promote them with your existing site. But do one thing at a time. Think patiently, do a SWOT analysis for every step you want to take.

Yes i had over 1mil mobile users over the last 30 days and they can see my ads and the site quite well but the only thing is they cant bring me anymore traffic as the like and share buttons dont show at all :/

I was thinking about making a mobile app from the site but just heard this can cost from around 600-1500 so not sure about this right now.
Does anyone have anymore info about that?

This is the problem of image dump sites like 9gag, but once they get traction on social media there's no stopping them. I personally know two people who have sites like this and are quite successful, making well over $8,000 monthly. My suggestion is, instead of focusing on SEO, buy ads on Facebook and promote there fully. Place your resources there. Since I believe no one would actually Google or Bing (hehe) "funny comics, please make me laugh".
