I'm making $15,000+ from one affiliate site, AMA

I know Reddit is known for AMA's but I thought I'd write one here for the BHW crowd since it's better suited for you.

I created a year long journey thread which you can read below where I built an affiliate site from scratch. After going AWOL from BHW, I can confirm that this journey was still going on and I scaled the site up to $15,000+ per month.

I'm sure some of you can learn a thing or two that you may have missed from your own online affiliate sites.

How to get keywords/ niches that seem insanely easy to rank as the Google home page is cluttered with useless parasites with little to no link building, and the content sucks ?

As someone who was burned a long time ago relying on one successful site, my question is - have you manged to get your system to a position where you can easy replicate it, and if so are your other sites seeing a similar level of success?

Which traffic source is giving you the most sales? I'm interested if Pinterest is worth doing at all for you how does it compare with results from reddit

If you have to start now from fresh? Will you able to achieve that quickly?

Do you still get clickbank sales from reddit? and how much do you get now?

If so how are you doing keyword research like what does your proccess look like and what tools do you use?

Also do you write the articles/content yourself?

It's pretty easy. Just keep narrowing it down until you find a subniche that is profitable. For example, don't just go "weight loss". Narrow down and dig deep. E.g. Weight loss > Weight loss after pregnancy > Losing fat exercises after giving birth. Once you've established pregnant women as your niche, you can make content specifically for this sub niche and find keywords for it using keyword tools.

Don't be disheartened if the volume of traffic is under 100, I find these to be low hanging fruit and it's easier to rank and generate multiple sites for. Even better now since you can create content using an AI strategy to scale.

I have major trust issues and hate giving too much information to VA's in fear of them becoming competition. I also hate micro management but I've learned that the only way to scale is having a system.

I've got mine to a point where I can replicate sites using VA's without having to reveal every step.

Currently Reddit and Facebook groups. They're gold mines.

100%. Probably easier now with AI since I can scale things faster and focus less on the ground work.

I still make money from CB but I've moved on to other platforms since they have better products. I am making around $15k per month, 30-40% of which comes from CB.

SEO wasn't my main strategy but after using my free traffic method to get instant traffic, I slowly started to rank for my low comp keywords.

I use Keysearch. I used to write myself but now I've automated with AI

I don't rely on SEO so it doesn't matter if Google penalizes it.

My question is financial: what's the total costs of running such site ? p/m.
and If you calculate the total revenues since you started Vs total costs, what's the ROI ?

If you dont rely on SEO how do you generate that traffic?

Only domain/hosting and VA costs which add up to $2,000 per month

Also can you elaborate more on how you are using reddit? Reddit users hate any type of promotion and a very toxic bunch with alot of free time on their hands, how you promote on subreddits without triggering users or getting banned?

I would like to know your Pinterest strategy. I have wasted almost an year into Pinterest but it didn't work for me. I got a lot a lot of impressions but just 2 or 3 outbound clicks.

It is ChatGPT but I also use 2 others to create high quality content and then I proof read and edit things to make it optimized for conversion.

You need to optimise your pictures. Buttons on pictures for me helps with clicks, optimizing the description and finding colors that convert into more clicks.

No one knows it all.
