Hello everybody,

After learning a lot about SEO, I created my first blog about smartphones (which I like).

After about 7 months I started to generate about € 200 / € 300 a month (adsense). So I thought it would be easy to replicate again but I created another 10 or 12 blogs and none have worked well for me.

I have been studying web programming for a few months now.

I don't know whether to create more niche websites (I don't like this so much anymore), try to grow my technology blog, create a YouTube channel about programming or technology ...

I would even like to sell services to clients when I am more knowledgeable about programming.

Conclusion: I am looking for something to work hard on and know that it will bring me money. I'm tired of working and getting nothing (failed niches) ...

Any ideas to help me? Thanks :)

have a clear statement of value for your business, what do you want to offer and how.

it is a mix of personal preference from you and market research, you don't want to target a niche with no demand or competitors which are already offering what is lacking.

Craft a strong positioning first and decide after which channel you want to use to drive traffic.

If your site making money like that you could probably sell it to someone then reinvest it into whatever else you want to do next.

You could do this sort of things as possible idea or ideas.

Create a Youtube channel about software.

Create a new website about programming or something else you like possibly.

I am not going to sell it because I have money saved (from my previous offline job) to invest in whatever.

The problem is that I need something to focus on and I can't see it

It may be a good idea to create a personal brand website where I can write about everything that I am learning.

I think you’re generating good income from your site. Scale it and try to increase your earnings. Invest in quality link building.

it seems you made money from a topic that you like and knowledgeable. that should be a hint. focus on what you are good at. dont be a jack of all trades. too difficult to scale it.

First off, 10 blogs are too much of an overkill without outsourcing.
Dive into other niches as well.
You need that experience to scale things up and see what works.

Maybe focus on niche complementary to your main one , circulate your traffic between your blogs.

According to me, stability is important. congratulations, you are in correct way. I believe you will improve better.

Why not do all three?

Seriously—if you are blogging, you can create a YouTube video content and social media material at the same time!

Don’t believe me?

Try this: dictate your content.

That's right, write down a short outline of what you want to say—so you don’t stray off topic or ramble—and dictate your blog post and record an mp3.

You can then take that mp3 audio track, use public domain stock videos, and edit that on top of your audio.

There are open source or free software that allows you to do this.

I use a paid software called PhotoStage Slideshow, but I'm sure there are better and cheaper options out there.

No matter how you do it, you take your audio dictation and turn it into a video.

You then upload the video to your YouTube channel.

You take your audio, have it transcribed, and you have yourself a blog post!

You then strip out the questions or headings, and you have yourself social media content!

These can be tweets; these can be also Facebook posts—the list is endless!

So instead of thinking that you have to just go in one direction, you can actually create content using many different formats and upload that content into the platforms that specialize in those formats.

I wish you the best of luck because it’s a fun game!

Blogging is the way to go if you have a solid plan from day one.

Otherwise, it’s very easy to chase your tail and end up nowhere.
