hello ladies and gentlemen's,
I'm not trying to be in childish or in mentally weak position or seeking sympathy,
I'm talking about the damn phone..
Like i literally quite every bad habit you can think of, smoking, corn, stay up late, I'm going to the gym everyday, but there is always something missing, the most hard addiction is the phone, i spend most of my free time on the phone, on Instagram reels and facebook reels too( i know it's weird) but yeah and i know the obvious answer is to learn a skill or do something good like learn a new language or do anything that will make me some money but it's really hard like it's really really to let the phone go or don't waste any time, plus I'm so so confused like I'm in the most confused and lost position in my life, (i want to make money but i know i should be patient and work hard and then no i should make money in a fast and easy way, but i should learn a skill first! Naah you don't have to) i don't know why the f*ck our brain function in that way, tell me if you're familiar with this.

Meditation could be a better solution here. You could pray if you are a believer.

Try to give 30 mins everyday. No phone no connection just you and you.

Look at the sky and trust me it helps.

I'm not trying to make myself anything else but me, believe me I'm the most man on earth to meditate and relax and sits in the sunlight and whatever happens to me even if it was the most bad thing i say it happened for my favor and i stay humbled and loving the life kind of person and i focus on my mental state and why i felt that and that and so much other things i can tell about later, but I'm confused because i always want to start in the best thing and learn the best skill , it's like on the daily basis and 24 hours a day i feel like I'm on a race with everyone and i should be making money right now in the moment if you get me.

Dump your SM apps and personal accounts.
I thought of that many times but unfortunately my country forces me to keep at least facebook so if something happened in my city it's the only way to know, I'm not happy with that because it drain's my mental power completely

Here is a nice function, please learn how to use the multiquote function when answering multiple posts at the same time. Read this post: https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/how-to-use-the-multiquote-feature-on-bhw.975670/

Basically, nobody holds you accountable. You are disconnected from the part of society that are high achievers so you don't feel any shame for wasting your time. Dump other social media, but do join linkedin. Figure out how to be noteworthy there. Watch the successful entrepreneurs, respect them, recognize they are better than you and strive to reach them. Try building friendships with high achievers and you will see how easy it is to get motivated.

deactivate social media personal accounts and focus on work if you can keep up this setup maybe it will help you with addiction

Every time I hear words like desert, smoking, and feeling lost in life, I remember this song: The horse with no name.
Hope it brings a little peace to your mind.

Its all about habit. Once you break free of a bad habit, you no longer crave for it
Yeah you're right.

That's actually right.
Write your task down on paper or an online sheet.

Do these tasks throughout the day, this way you will keep yourself from the social media.
I will try that.

You have a great music taste and it did calm my mind thanks.

I feel like this is a direct result of today's overproductivity culture. Like, why do we always have to be doing something "valuable"? Well, it’s happened to me too. And, this might get a little personal (sorry in advance) but could you be dealing with some anxiety from your old habits? For example, how long has it been since you quit smoking and stopped doing the things you used to do regularly? Sometimes, sudden changes can affect you more than you realize, and you end up keeping yourself busy with things like this... Personally, I don’t think phones are bad, the way we communicate and relax has evolved over the years. It only becomes a problem if you overdo it or use it to avoid dealing with other aspects of your life

Actually i stopped most of my bad habits more than two months and I'm doing pretty good in overall but i need to make money or do something that will generate me more than 10k$ a month in the near future, that's the main problem is that I'm not doing anything to make money and i can't stop scrolling also so that's keeping me in the guilt and you should be something useful area

There are apps now that locks your apps after you use it in a set amount of time. Maybe you can try those.

The phone isn’t the real problem.
It’s just a distraction — a way to avoid something deeper: yourself.

Plato said many live trapped by shadows, thinking they’re reality.
Hermeticism teaches: “All is within.”
But how can you find anything inside if you never stop to look?

Do you really know what you like?
What you think when the world goes quiet?
Can you write down your feelings, thought patterns, desires — and honestly say: “this is truly mine”?

Or have you just absorbed other people’s thoughts and emotions without noticing?

Start by observing your inner patterns.
Write them down.
Then ask: Is this mine?
If not — where did it come from? When? Why did I take it in?

That’s how self-awareness begins.
And with it, real freedom.

The answer isn’t to do more or run faster.
It’s to stop.
Turn inward.
And listen to the silence.

Yes — silence speaks too.
And sometimes, it’s the only voice that actually knows who you are.

That’s where real consciousness lives.
That’s where remembering begins.
