This was something I saw in someone else's posts/signature that I checked out today and was pretty cool (free) - they try to sell a big package for a little price to watch everything for you and make recommendations... but the tool itself was free to use (no sign up etc): http://webmeup.com/tools/backlinks.html

use ahref man you can get the backlink report for your websites for free also for others' website you can use webmeup
 
I recommend AHREFs and MajesticSEO, But you can not use it more then 3-4 times a day! These tools give 100% results.
