Im Looking for specific Twitter Account Provider

Hi, during last few months i've been searching specific twitter account provider. so far they are scammer, dont have right account, not much stock
right now i have 2 account provider, but cant satisfy the amount i need

Here are my specification for the account

- PVA
- 2FA activated
- able to directly login with username&pass. no complicated cookies login, just direct login
- not used for promotion before
- have access to registered email
- upgradeable to blue tick/Verified

for the blue tick, i dont want an account that already subscribed to it or near expiration
you show me the account, i checked, then you proceed to make it verified with your card (premium plan for 1 month)

so normally i received the account that already blue tick/verified for immediately to use it on my project
the most expensive account i've paid for above specification is $15 each (verified). so naturally im looking for the lower price. i know my rate, so dont bother to mark up the price

my needs is gigantic, but in the beginning i will just get minimum 30 account from you each week. thats almost 120 account per month. we will scale up if everything went well
