Hi guys !

I'm looking for a tool that would help me to change my computer IP as much as I want, for same or different country.
if anyone knows anything that could be helpful please write the name that would help me a lot !!

Are you looking for proxies or the IP doesn’t matter? Because if you don’t care that the IP has been abused a bit, this is what a VPN is for.

1. Look for Express VPN or Nord VPN(Quality has a price), but there are cheaper alternatives such as Surfshark

2. proxy chains also great but they are slow you must use linux or osx

TorGuard or NordVPN, both have browser addons, desktop client and connect really fast and speed is also good.

you most likely want VPN provider. many to chose from. all come with software. you basically pick your country and there are generally hundreds of IP's in the pool.
proxies would be more advanced and costlier. as you would have to buy quantity in each country. whereas VPN usually gives you the whole world bundled into a package under $10/month.
i use ipvanish. but theres dozens to chose from. its highly competitive field and they all have affiliate programs so everyone is promoting everything. theres nordvpn, privateinteraccess, airvpn, windscribe, to name a few.

Rotating Proxies
If you want them to change constantly?

VPNs
If you just want to pick a location and use it and change whenever you need to change ip/location again
for VPNs
look for reputable ones which will safeguard and manage IP reputation else you be captcha'ed to death

You can choose between a VPN or roatating proxies. It would be better if you also share your objective, why do you want to change your IP address?

As everyone has already mentioned, what you are looking for is a "VPN".

I will not recommend using proxies, cause they will cost way more than what a VPN will
