I'm looking for help with Google ads business operations verification form

I need to fill in and submit this form: https://support.google.com/adspolicy/contact/UAV_Harmonized_BOV_Form

I submitted the form 5 times already.

If you have prior experience with this, I would appreciate your help as a service.

The image you shared shows "Verify your organisation", as "Verified", but "Verify your business operations",as "Failed ...".
This means that the docs you submitted for verifying your business are fine, but these docs do not match with what Google (Ads) sees about your business operations in relation to the campaign you tried to run (website, etc). Nowadays, the advertiser verifications are being done manually by them or rather via human intervention, so whatever you submit must corelate with the campaign that was running upto the point when advertiser verification was asked.
NOTE : advertiser verification can be asked in a new account even if no campaign is run and this is another story, for another day (Hint : The way an account is created, creates their backend risk analysis for an account and hence sometimes, advertiser verification can be asked in a new account even if no campaign is run .... these are different stories for another day).

Yes, because the objective for them is to verify that a business owner or a properly authorized person (or company) is running the ads in the Google Ads account. They want to verify the advertiser's identity towards "business operations and advertising practices of this account" (as per them). If you properly read all the questions they are asking in the form for which you gave the link, you will see that for yourself.
Example, if the campaign running upto the point when advertiser verification was asked, was some casino campaign or laptops campaign or barbershop campaign, but for advertiser verification, one submits business docs pertaining to a fruit seller or locksmith or watch repair, then "Verify your organisation", will get "Verified", because some organization registration, etc docs were submitted, but "Verify your business operations", will show "Failed" if the organization related submitted docs do not relate to the campaign that was ran in the Google Ads account.
(NOTE : There are all kinds of blackhat ways, incase someone pops in and says "no need to submit docs, when docs are asked ... blabla". these are stories for another chapter. Here, we are talking about actual action that ideally needs to be taken when advertiser verification is asked, as nowadays these are manually checked by them (advertiser verification docs that are sumitted).

Hello, have you found any solution? I am promoting VPS Services and i tried it 4 times and same: rejection without specific reason.

OK. What is the "whatever" reason provided for verification failure ? (It need not be specific in nature, but there is ALWAYS a reason which they provide when verification fails).

This is the main problem they don't tell me where is the exact problem. Here is a screenshot of the error. The thing also, is that i have an idividual account, what can I provide more than an ID and some ivoices of VPS Reseller Program?

They closed this option in my account. I can't even reach them by phone
