Im looking for googleplay or itunes installs

I need to get long retention (forever) app installs for an app. Not much, 10-20k in a 2-4 weeks period.
It can be bots, but it should be safe and checked, I believe on such small ammount it might work. But im looking for only professionals who did it before.

Also installs need to come from germany. So basically GERMANY + long retention (no delete) or lets say no delete for at least 30 days.

its not about going up on the top or smth, we need it "just because" The app is worcable and has close to 30k downloads.
