I’m looking for a free version of https://dogwiftools.com/ or https://memetools.fun/. I can’t afford to buy them just to see if they work. I’ve tried to write my own, but there’s a lot of functionality, and I can only get so far. Does anyone know if there are free or cheaper alternatives with the same functionality that aren’t on Telegram?

Yes, it´s not the same but you can do similar without to invest in it. I think it's obvious that there will be some difference between using a tool that costs 15 SOL and using one that you don't have to invest in. It is better if you write to contribute something.

You'll be amazed at what we can find on github. It probably won't have all the features the OP wants, but it's a start.
