I'm looking for a youtube tool with these specific functions

I'm in the market for a youtube tool that can do the following:

Comment on multiple videos from multiple accounts automatically.

let me be clear, this is how I envision it

1) Enter youtube video URL(s) | Enter account(s) to comment with | Enter comment(s) you'd like to be posted.

2) Enter youtube video URL(s) | Enter account(s) to 'like' with

3) Enter youtube video URL(s) | Enter account(s) to subscribe with

etc, the most important for me is #1 - does something like this exist? If it doesn't exist I may be willing to pay for it to be coded (depending on price)
