If you check the about you'll get to the company website behind topsite - the company seems to be behind similiarsite.com aswell and for similarsite.com there is an api you can use free of charge - so chances are quite high that they will release another api for topsite.com you can reuse...

Well I don't want exactely the same website, I want the same look and feel -> 10 websites for a certain categorie.
