I'm building a affiliate website for an online pharmacia. I have an XML feed available to import 5000 products but I don't think this will give me a lot of SEO traffic.

Is there a keyword tool to scan an e-commerce website which I can use to find keywords/products (>100 searches/ month) and are fairly easy to rank?

You can use KWfinder. If you want to scan a website, you can use semrush to find out the KWs and analyze them with finder.

Keyword planner is best one because we can get Great possibilities for local keywords, Suggested keywords are grouped and Data comes directly from Google itself.

You can use Google Keyword Planner’s suggestions to build the keywords with the help of some of the other tools like SemRush and Longtailpro.

and also use the new tool ANSWERTHEPUBLIC http://answerthepublic.com/ you will get the wheel of best keywords related to your topic.

The Google Keyword Planner and Keywordtool.io are helpful to identify search volume, but it doesn’t address the most important thing, which keywords generate the most sales. This is where cross-referencing your keywords with Jungle Scout it can be very helpful.

Their are many tools available for keywords searching.but as per my experience google keywords planner is best tool for keyword searching. It gives a very clear idea of the keywords which are mainly searched in Google. keyword planner show how many monthly searches for this keyword & show keyword competition.
