I'm looking for a good 3rd party add on

I just added my 3rd twitter account for a new venture I'm starting. I know everyone wants to beef up their followers immediately, but I'm looking for quality followers. Is there a 3rd party tool that will look at an influencer's followers and determine whether they're active or not (not looking to buy another 1000 worthless followers)? Then I can follow them and hopefully have them follow me. I absolutely hate the amount of time in a day twitter takes from my other projects. I'm just looking for something to automate getting and receiving followers. My content will be good, not just spamming, I just don't want to take the time looking for good followers.
