I work hard 2 days or 3 maximum and then i stay 2 or 3 days no working and start again from beginning, does this thing happen to anyone else??

It is to most people.
I am lazy too, that's why i will work hard on im this year, so next year i can have passive income.
But since i am very very lazy, next year i will try to upscale the successful project so i can flip it, than repeat until i get my first million, so i don't need to work that hard anymore. And can have decent live without worry and forced to work doe bill, in my country.

Define work mate. Coz I find it hard to believe you're working 12 hours every day.
Checking your ranking, watching youtube videos to learn some new guru twist and refreshing BHW 100 times per day looking for the latest methods is not working.
So what exactly do you do?

By work, I mean work. Have a 9 to 5 job, and after that, working on my online projects. I wish I could only check rankings all day and get paid. If any of you know of such position please send me the link so I can apply

Yeah that makes sense.
Yeah, 9-5 will f8ck you up. Keep working mate, there are no short cuts.
You need money to fund your projects/ideas ... just keep testing and reading, eventually you'll discover something that works.
Another REALLY, REALLY, REALLLLLLLLLY important thing to success is networking with people that are already where you want to be.
They'll be able to guide you and cut down on your learning and failures by telling you what works/doesn't work. I can't stress this enough. Get a mentor if you can.

We all are to some level. I personally set small goals for short periods of time so they seem more doable. On days when I see myself procrastinating, I start with the simplest component of that daily task and then work flows easily.

Oh trust me, friends share their methods and results with their friends.
If people are not sharing things with you its because your relationship is a shallow one. You need to go deeper.
Wouldn't YOU share tips with a friend that you saw needed a helping hand? But perhaps not share your best stuff with some random person hitting you up for tips online from outta nowhere.

Get a Project manager and couple VAs to keep your day to operations going and then check in with your Manager on those days that you choose to work.
