Ilan could you clarify a little on what skillsets and personality traits you're looking for? I was turned down by Vitarank a few months ago despite having a few site rankings under my belt, and was hired elsewhere a week later with full pay. Might know a guy or two who would take you up on this job, but the bar seems to be a bit higher than what's being implied.
