I found this forum because of a need for great reviews and my quest to get them.
I have a nationwide contracting company and it's just damn hard to get my satisfied customers to leave great reviews, however, unsatisfied customers have no trouble at all, even with a full money back guarantee.
The last review I got on YELP was that we were great, everything perfect but only a 4 star review.
Meanwhile, I see my competition gaming the system and getting an advantage on my company.
