im using dolphin anty, and today im not getting use him, im alredy turn off and turn on the computer, and run as administrator, what i could to do to solve this problem??
I'm having trouble opening Dolphin Anty.

It doesn't show any error message.. I have the same problem. I go to the task manager and it is there.. the process duplicates every time I try to start the app from task manager but its somewhere at the background. I considered turning off my windows defender which is the only antivirus I have and the case is the same. It sucks.. It's such a cool app but the downside of not starting up properly is crazy.

This is the most generic and dumb customer service answer you could have given!
Just say you have no clue why your program doesnt work, but dont try to play on time!
He described EVERYTHING!!! What do you expect to see on the screenshots when the app doesnt start?
My Desktop? Not really helpful dont you think?
Also he has described the whole process and explained the problem.
You are able to read english, arent you?
But just for you, here the problem once again in all its details:
1. Visit the dolphin anty website
2. Downloaded the latest version
3. Go into the downloads folder
4. Doubleclick on dolphin_anty_latest.exe
5. Install everything without problems or error messages
6. Doubleclick on DolphinAnty.exe on the Desktop
7. Nothing happens visually
8. Press CTRL+ALT+DELETE
9. Select Taskmanager
10. Notice that there are several dolphin_anty.exe running
WHAT do you want to see on the screenshot?
Maybe YOU should go more in detail about that!

And yes I am pissed because I used to be a paying customer with lots of browser profiles in your app.
Theyre complete unaccessable since MONTHS because your app somehow stopped working.
Not only the money for the subscription is drained but also all my browser profiles are gone!
Its totally clear that it also might be a problem on Microsofts part which propably isnt even your fault.
But reading such a senseless answer from the devs themself is really top notch!

its basically a browser in which you can run multiple social media accounts without getting caught or banned.
Could please explain in more detail please?

Have you checked their status page to see if there's a known outage? Sometimes it's on their end, not yours.

I also experienced a similar issue a few days ago. The only thing you can do is take a backup of the profiles manually, uninstall Dolphin anty, remove everything from the AppData folder, and then reinstall again. Copy the profiles back to the original folder after installation. Some data might be lost, but this is the only way.
