I'm having a real problem keeping my web 2.0 properties alive

Hey guys,

My web 2.0 properties keep getting deleted / banned. The only two places I've been making them is at wordpress and blogger. Here is what I've been doing:

1) Create blog
2) Put two original (spun but readable) keyword optimized articles on there
3) Put one link in the 2nd article pointing to the next tier or to my money site
4) Add another keyword optimized article in a couple of days
5) Add another keyword optimized article in a couple of days
6) SB blast (15,000 or so, this particular list is not AA but I do get a lot of accepted comments out of this though)
7) Get banned / deleted within a week or two

Maybe I should consider using a few of my personal throw away domains in place of web 2.0 properties?

Any ideas, suggestions, or critique will be appreciated and 'Thanksed'

Yeah, or how about using other web2.0 sites as well? There's tons of them, you know...

My guesses,
Poorly spun (less than 100%) and not readable.

at least 2 tier spinning is necessary and I never make articles with < 150% uniqueness in AMR

I've never had either of these websites ban or delete anything I made (and I've made hundreds of pages/domains at both)

try other 2.0 sites too like weebly, if they get deleted there aswell, spinning will be the problem
