Im just horrible with marketing online and in general. I have a million t-shirt designs and graphics and logos, I just haven't been successful in marketing them.

I have some great t shirt and clothing ideas I just dont know how to sell them successfully.

Use the designs for Teespring campaigns. Invest in some Facebook ads or do some mass Social promotions and drive sales. Doesn't take a genius to sell some Tees. Look at what people want,make shirts like those and put them out in the public. Done.

My tip for you is " Don't invest too much on fb ads" Try to find some fb pages and offer them to marketing your shirt and you will pay for that"
