I'm going to choose a specific field and raise that ID from scratch.

1. Is there a way to optimize the ID?
2. Will buying followers, comments, traffic affect my account?
3. What should I do to become a popular post?

1. I don't think it's necessary to optimize the ID.
2. Just don't do that from the beginning.
3.. It depends. You should check the other accounts that have the same category as yours in recent times and learn from that content (content ideas, captions, hashtags..)

Overall, unique content, hashtags & posting regularly with a strict schedule are all you need from the start of IG growth.

Don't buy followers or engagement. Focus on creating high quality content and generate organic traffic.
 
I will not recommend buying fake followers they will mostly not engage with anything you post and will hurt more your account than help
 
Focus on authentic content and engagement, avoid buying followers, and consistently interact to naturally boost your account's popularity.
