I'm going to Mumbai. Advices?

Hey bro, I live in Mumbai. If you happen to drop into the city give me a call.

I'll take you to some great food joints and show you a bit of the city.

I'll PM you my number if you wanna catch up. :)

Welcome to India Mate ..

Many of my clients visit India .. and my first advice to them .. Drink ONLY bottled water .. try to get an accommodation which is nearer to your office .. however your office should be in a decent area :).. India is full of surprises for westerners .. but while you are here .. dont just limit yourself to Mumbai and surroundings .. you can go to lot of different scenic places .. do visit Goa if you like beaches .. visit Rajasthan if you like deserts .. visit Himalayas if you are fond of snow and highlands ..

Have a good stay buddy

I use to live in Old Delhi in the early 90's :D It seems India is still kinda the same, but also very different, so Cool :) I wish to visit it again one day,

Just realized I can't PM yet (15 posts thing)... drop me a PM with your email and we can meet up :)

Hope you're doing good in Delhi.

I can see you'll have plenty of time. I do highly recomend for you to visit more India cities. I have a long journey through India last year and have to say that the most fascinating thing about it is the diversity. Every single coty is different which makes this country amazing.
Good luck!

If you use public transport between your landing and takeoff, that will be a life time experience for you - by all means. If you are visiting for the first time or after a long time - Stick to the bottle water, before the purchase make sure the cap is sealed, wash the fruits before eating, avoid cheap tempting food from stalls on wheels.
All the best - also let us know your experience after you are back.

It is decided. Kerala is going to be! January 2013.
