I researched for this topic the last months on the web and today is the day I decided to take a risk. But before that I'd like you guys to check my plan because you are the ones with experience, hopefully.

I would like to do a tube site with copyrighted material. I am planning to host my site on a offshored host, I thought one of those listed here: "uncensoredhosting link deleted"

I am still wondering if it is a good idea to put DMCA info on my page regardless of ignored host.

I will host videos on openload, I like the host, for my beginnings it will be enough and I don't plan on better revenue methods like googledrive at first, simply because I am afraid to host illegal stuff on google.

For picture hosting I think I will use imgur.

Stealth is accomplished by seperate Machine, seperate anonymous-browser with Non-Logging-IP VPN service. Seperate Accounting by seperate encrypted swiss email service.

I had first step promoting my openload links on pornhub etc. by small video preview with link inside. I'd like to promote my site like this.

Without hesitating to advanced methods: Do you think this plan might work without getting my ass to jail?

How are you going to pay for services and receive profit? VPN is useless if you use credit cards or paypal registered with your name.

For withdrawals: openload has the option to get paid with bitcoin. A quick google search said there are also offshore hosters with that ability. So transactions will be made through crypto currency.

I will be able to change from bitcoin(pseudonym currency) to anonym currency. After that, I can change without fear to a currency of my choice.

Currently looking for a webhost. Is someone experienced with shinjiru webhosting? Is the budget plan enough for a page to start from scratch?? What about the server location options??? I appreciate any advise!

It's not a problem to buy something with bitcoins. Are you going to look for CPA that pays in BTC? openload pays peanuts so you'll need a ton of traffic on your website to actually earn something. I'd suggest you to get payoneer account registered on somebody else. Somebody who lives in a country which doesn't care about copyright.

Me, I'm just another average mid-aged single male dude figuring out how to make a dollar. Had a job a while ago in the It industry but got fire because of management want to save on personal costs, failed to get a new job for a while and now I got the time for a web project.

@alexmin I just dont like the idea to blame another person for my activities and also I have no clue where I can find someone who does not care but is willed to do so. I think I would be fine with openload getting a good piece of cake for hosting videos and I think they do a good job. Its only 2 popups and the consumer can watch 720p stream high speed.

A person from Russia won't ever be punished for copyright violation. I know folks who sell cards but it would a bit pricey.
