On a serious note for my part, I stopped losing my hair the days I stopped smoking and eating shitty chemical product
I read a lot about it and trying many things, to be quick I can tell you in most cases it's just a basic local inflammation coming from an acidic diet (shit food, coca cola, ...) which creates an accumulation of sebum, so stop the shit diet and apply aloe vera or a vitamin-rich oil (without chemical shit) and see your hair regrowth in the week.

Bad news after 2 years or so the hair follicle dies of asphyxia so it will not regrowth or with a very low density if it's been 3-4 years

I've used this method myself with great success. My own twist was to mix it up with hats, facial hair also adds some contrast to what can otherwise be a featureless desert of head.
 
My bird is not going bald, it is just that the head to hair ratio is way out. To put it blunt, she looks like the offspring of Frankenstein's monster and Ellie Simmons. Any suggestions guys?

I shaved my head myself 3 days ago.
