How will sellers bring buyers themselves? thats your job and ebay's job and evrey auction site's job, to bring buyers.
As i told, those are web sites made by spellcasters it self, in that case California Astrology, and they selling their own products, i am talking about making eBay clone for magic stuff only, where spellcasters could come and list their products on your site.

Easy, before eBay suspend them, they will send a e-mail to all their customers and let them know that they are migrating to the new portal.

As you can see ebay is going to suspend all those magic spells and stuff like that sales from September, and those sellers with magic stuff are making fortune selling that ( i am not sure if they are really working, but people are buying that stuff like crazy, some sellers are making way over 100.000 $ per year from that ). As you can see they are going to lose customers once ebay suspend them. How can you profit there?
Easy, start your own ebay alternative, but for Paranormal Stuff only ! You can call it like : Magic Market, Magic Bazzar, MagicWorld or what ever close to magic and spells.
Then you should contact as much sellers from ebay as you can and tell them about your own marketplace and give them good reason to join you ( they will do that for sure ).
The sellers will bring the customers them self ! But also, you can perform some SEO campaign to rank your marketplace to the top of Google for keywords related to the magic and stuff ( and believe, you don't have much competitors at all ).
And that's it, you got a million dollar web site !
That's a great idea. One can only make millions from stupid people.

Sounds to me like a Fiverr clone script + magic keyword related domain name and categories dedicated to only this niche would be the cheaper route to test the waters (can scale the price as well like 5, 10, 15, and 20.00). Instead of making a custom Ebay site to take over clients they no longer want... Just my 2 cents.
