First rule of IM, don't give up fool :)
You have identified your problem now go fix it - there are many ways of getting traffic to your site, many methods are in detail on this forum (even in the areas that are not Jr VIP only - thanks for changing the 200 post thing as I hit it grrr ;))

Listen to me, I sound like an expert but I am far far from it - I do a bit of this and that and earn less in a month than most of these guys make in 30 minutes but I am learning.

Crack on and put a bit of time into it and you will start to see cash trickle in - I make about $500 a month from methods here - I want to get to 10x this and am now trying to figure out how :)

Read a couple (COUPLE - not all!) of methods people put up here and then go try them.
 
Before giving up, at least gauge what the results were after 1000 hits (doesn't have to be in the same day either).

I drive around 400 uniques per day and get 1 lead per 10 uniques with youtube, I used to get much more but I'm not rli working on it now.
 
Two things.

Don't forget that the ringtone niche has a lot of competition. So you'll need to make you're offer stand out above the crowd.

On YT people aren't just looking for a ringtone. They're looking for a specific ringtone be it from an artist they like or a song they like.
You need a lot of vids covering every possible popular artist/song at the moment. And keep a close look at the charts and keep adding vids.
It's all a numbers game.
The more targetted your YT-traffic is (looking for a specific artist/song ringtone) the more chance you have that they'll make an effort to get that ringtone.
 
It seems like the competition has increased and so you gotta evolve your techniques and find a reason why people will fill out your pages rather than others.
 
The niche is competitive, i've ranked #4 for "Ringtones" on Google... But the killer traffic and conversions is actually in specific song, band and artist queries.

Go grab yourself a 400k Lyrics DB and script, then on every song lyric put a link "Download XYZ Ringtone Free" and drive them to your offer. When the thing starts to get indexed, you will get conversions.
 
Stick to it, your and most peoples here problem is traffic, you can't expect to make $100 a day with 10 hits a day you need at least 2,000 hits but it all depends on what you are doing...

I have another dilemma which is:

Should I put a CPALead gateway on OR hope people click my unusual links for Egay and Amazon for cookies?

OR have both?
OR buy Poll factory and put email/zip submits in it?

Definitely not both.

You shouldn't offer your traffic too many choices. The page they land on must only have two ways out.
The Back Button and your money-link.

I would go for CPAlead.

Before investing in this method you should build up your video-armada.
6 Vids is nothing!

If this method makes money you can invest that in i.e. PollFactory.
 
Sorry guy, I know this is off-topic and Im likely to sound like a real prick but...

How do you get to Jr VIP, be here for over a year and make 1200 posts and still think that you can make money from 10 uniques?

Have you tried running a bookmarking campaign to get some links and traffic, maybe some blog commenting. Any amount of backlinks will help you increase your organic SE traffic as well as the obvious youtube type traffic.
