Nah dude, I know this is real.
I follow a guy on youtube known as the "superman from compton". One of his videos he was talking about how he used to be so strong, etc... and would basically win every strong man competition. At 50 something, he's still a giant but the thing is, his best days are behind him.
That fucking tore me up. What in this world can you do every single day and become stronger. Nothing intellectual or physical offers that. Just look at how chess players become weaker past age 40. I want to be stronger EVERY SINGLE DAY of my life. I want to be 70 and a titan compared to when I was 30. The only thing that can do that is spirituality and spiritual powers. You grow with no limit.
