IM GETTING MY MAN BOOBS REMOVED!!!

Good luck man. Surgeries are scary. I hope you stay safe.

I hope you will not regret it. As I became fat during the pandemic I increased my boobs size too.

Pretty happy to bounce them around like if I was Ariel Winter.

Anyway I wish you good luck man :)
Quickly searches for "Ariel Winter boobs bounce" on Google :smirk:

It sounds all funny and cool thing to joke about but only those who have them truly understand what happens when you have them, I have them and I can't remove my shirt at a public place, due to this I can't go to the pool or go swimming with my friends who invite me each year in summer but I always have to make excuses, it's been 4 years since I developed them, now can't even remove shirt at home in front of my parents or siblings because they start teasing me for it and laughing, I live in a boys hostel and in summers when most are roaming around shirtless in the hostel I'm the only one around wearing 3 layers of clothes. When I walk on the street most people are staring right at my chest which makes it super awkward to go to public places and I avoid going out as much as possible. Girls don't talk to me and boys joke about my chest, calling me a woman.
I can't get surgery now, maybe in the future but all the best to you OP, hope everything goes perfect for you!

I honestly think anyone would be scared before any kind of surgery glad it went ok, pop a Tylenol for the pain?

After the balls cutting thread now boobs, I am beginning to think these threads are for exposure only. :D
Nice strategy & clickbait anyways for traffic to your signature.

Could you please make a selfie afterwards, include some balls too, that would be much appreciated. :P

People are joking here, but it's actually a big problem for many men - also for those who haven't taken test boosting supplements, and also in some cases those who are not overweight.

Hey man,

I'm wondering if lifting some weights might help to take the edge off of the problem. You need to build up your whole body but if put a good amount of focus on your upper chest you might start to disguise them a little.

When I was into bodybuilding years ago they were called bitch tits and were often a product of steroid use although I don't know if ideas on that have changed.

Now if you look at photos of them it doesn't look as noticeable. It might be an idea, @Blackhat Lifter what do you reckon? I've not experienced anyone with man boobs building up the upper chest.

Honestly, I've experienced the same thing (it's not that bad currently, but I have a little bit of this)
It's because I haven't trained chest for long (I finally am able to hit it hard again), and I still have a decent amount of muscle mass to cut away

Not having a low body fat % in combination with lack of chest muscles, will give almost everyone man boobs depending on where your body stores your fat primarily (different for everyone).

I am seeing great improvements currently, as I've started building up my chest again and I've been cutting for over a month now.

It's way less noticeable, and will probably continue to improve over the next 1-2 months where I'll be getting leaner.

A good insight, thanks buddy. I figured some muscle mass in the chest would help. I'm going in the reverse, it's been years since I lifted but still have some chest muscle, I can see that starting to go south the older I get.
