A while ago my Adsense account was suspended on Youtube. I tried to create another from another email and it won't let me. I'm fucked. I'm getting so much views and I can't even get fucking paid. Finally figured out a way to drive traffic to youtube through my website and this happens. It's like every time I figure something out, I lose something else. It's almost like I have to sacrifice something for successes.

Are you able to monetize your vids differently? Maybe selling some affiliate products by posting link in video description?

dont worry. fuck adsense then.
add some affiliate links in ur description and u are good to go :)

As everyone suggested, Affiliate Marketing would be good to go taking your niche, viewers demography, type of video, amount of views into consideration.

If your videos were random, don't try affiliation, as it won't make anything unless you have something supercool product to affiliate.
Will someone buy a kindle reader coming to watch a funny video? maybe not.

But there are some supercool products on amazon you can try affiliate, you have friend on youtube, Pinned comments.

As you are driving traffic from your website to youtube you can monetize them in your site itself with CPI(Cost Per Install) or CPA.
Personally i would suggest CPI, since conversion rate will be high compared to other types. OGAds, CPA Lead are some of them i have tried.

Then he can JV with someone else that has adsense account and split profit.

+1 for affiliate marketing. If your niche is too general and you can't find a website/offer to promote that works, simply linking to Amazon as an affiliate might be worth it (assuming your top viewer geography is the United States).

I think OP would have already considered CPA/Affiliate marketing even before opening this thread and requesting for advice. I think OP knows that these traffics are not going to convert and thus looking at other network similar to adsense that pays per click or impression. So at the end of the day even if the traffic do not convert, he/ she still get paid.
