I'm getting addicted to fast food

    For the past 3 months I've been eating in fast food restaurants like McDonald's, Burguer King, Taco Bell, etc.. And I started to feel very bad about myself. I weight 170lbs and I was 160lbs before my addiction.

    Today I'm having Wendy's 4 for $4 dollars meal, burguer, fries, nuggets and drink.

    Why is so damn cheap and delicious?

    Any tips to overcome my problem? Thanks

    I eat at least 5 times a week at fast food restaurants. Its because I'm so busy in business or just lazy?

    Fast food is munch. But it's not good for you.
    You really need a way of motivating yourself to be healthy.
    For me I started martial arts and that has given me the drive to eat healthy (because even when you exercise you can't really get fit without combination of the diet as well).

    You may save few minutes everyday to eat junk. But once you get sick, you will waste days in the hospital, lots of money that you spend lots of time and effort to earn. And so much more... So, better, take an hour or 2 out, plan your diet and start eating healthy. Before it's too late. Your diet will make you healthy or sick. You are what you eat.

    You're a dog. You keep eating like that, you're gonna get worms and die.

    Why don't you just eat chocolate out of the garbage? It's quicker.

    I'd say you're more lazy than busy. I eat out a lot, but I typically go to restaurants that have healthy options. I can afford it... but that'd money be better spent elsewhere (like on content or links). I can admit to myself that it is purely because I don't want to go through the motions of cooking.

    Preparing a healthy meal doesn't have to take more than 30-45 minutes (including clean up). Think about all the other things you waste your time on (social media for example) that exceeds that 30-45 minute window. Replace that with cooking instead. It might take you just as long to go to the fast food restaurant and wait for your food, and then go home.

    Use cooking healthy meals as an opportunity to integrate some of the other important things in your like. Turn on a podcast, catch up on some news, or call a loved one. You can do all of that while cutting up some veggies and flipping a piece of salmon on a pan.

    There are also some hands free ways to cook after you prep. Like baking some chicken breasts and veggies for 30 minutes, or even throwing them in a crockpot/slow cooker. You can throw your food in the crock pot, go work your 8 hour day, and come back home with dinner ready. Cook up some extra and have healthy left overs throughout the week.

    It is important to take care of your health, and you will be a better worker because if it. You will have more energy and generally feel better... and that will carry over to your work and social life.

    The food we eat (even organic foods) are already lacking in nutrients because of the soil it is grown in. The soil has had the nutrients sucked out of it by mass production farming, and those nutrients are not replaced because there is no natural run off, decomposer, or wood ash that replaces those nutrients where it is grown. It is making your health worse to not get any good nutrition at all from that fast food, and your compounding that negative situation with all the other disgusting artificial additives, food coloring, and other chemicals in that fast food.

    If you continue this food style you will most likley get sick after a while. Your heart, blood vessels and all that important stuff which makes you a healthy human will be damaged step by step over the years. I have met several people which are eating fast food only since years and all of them having big issues with their health. Even at lower age under 30. Trust me you do not want to get sick and take serious damage to your body just because its cheap. That would be dumb mate think about it. Stop this trash and start to eat healthy stuff like bio vegtables and fruits. Skip the cheap meet and whitebread stuff etc.

    You will destroy yourself if you dont stop to eat all this trash. Read this and wake up buddy. :)

    Fast Food isnt cheap... It is cheaper to go to store and buy/prepare the food yourself.

    Do you normally eat this food? Maybe your emotionally eating and instead of drinking, drugs etc your eating away some emotions. Also, it could be that you don't feel motivated to make your own meals and this is cheap and quicker.

    LOL you'll be forced to stop this habit when in a couple of months you feel like shit all the time and have IBS or acid reflux.
    My advice is make all the shit you get from those places at home...me and my fiancee will make you a burger that will blow the shit you can buy at any of those places for half the cost and half the junk they put in there. Remember this wont be easy you doing a lifestyle change, just take it day by day OP!

    If you want to stop eating like shit
    Go buy some chicken breasts
    Buy some rice
    Cook them, put some condiments or something for flavor
    Put in them a tortilla. You'll have proteins+fiber+ good shit= you'll be full and that meal will have costed you cents.

    Garbage in = garbage out. You wouldn't put low grade fuel in a Ferrari would you? Then why the [email protected] are you putting sh!t fuel in your body. Eat clean whole foods and get some exercise. After a few weeks you will realize that fast food tastes and looks like dog sh!t. You won't want it anymore, especially when you find that you feel healthier, smarter, and sharp as a razor. Just my two pennies...

    Doesn't matter if you are hungry or full, you are still gonna die.
    I would rather die with full stomach than hungry.
    I am a foodie guy like you as well.
    The simplest way is to learn cooking.
    Trust me, its fun and healthy and you are not limited on quantity, so more food to eat :D
    Plus, I get the best IM ideas while cooking.. :)
    BTW, cooking inspired me so much that I own 4 cooking websites right now :)
    P.S : Cooking videos gets tons of views in YT = more money :D
    P.S.S : When you get enough views and subs in youtube open an Ecomm website selling kitchen stuffs. (Aliexpress) ;)
