I’m Facing Issues with Free Trials – Any Advice?

Hey everyone,



I recently purchased Trex Panel for my IPTV business at $170 for 120 credits. I started running Facebook ads and now receive 10-15 WhatsApp messages daily.





However, I’m facing a frustrating issue:


• Many people ask for a free trial, but after I send it, they either don’t respond or say the account isn’t working, even though I double-check and confirm it’s working fine.


• Some request a trial and then never even open my message—they just disappear.





I’m mainly targeting USA, UK, and Canada, but I find this behavior very strange. Is this common? How do you handle it? Any tips for a beginner like me?

Do not offer the trail on football match days or big boxing or PPV events. They might be using this just for that reason.

Is your price better than your competitors?
Anything else you can do better than them?
 
Maybe you are not targeting the right audience? Did you try tweaking it?

Plus check your trial account from multiples VPNs to check if your account works smoothly and have good speed. If the issue remains, you can offer paid trials, they have better chance at conversion and will weed out freebies grabbers.
 
Free trials can really be abused and can also take your time and resources. Have you considered limiting them or charging a small trial fee that gets deducted from the first purchase? This can help weed out freebie seekers.

I used to offer Trials also when I first started and beleive me, this is not gonna work, you are just spending your time and effort for nothing as most of your website visitors are freebies hunters, I used to have many customers requesting free trials over and over, it should be the case for you as well and I ended up removing Trials definitively.
Just do not offer trials at all and you'll start getting some good results, also do not try to reduce your prices, you'll think that offering lower prices from your competitors is a good way to get as much customers as possible, but trust me, this is the worst strategy that will think of and visitors will just go away thinking it's a low cost service, think of cable TV prices, so your iptv service is way much cheaper.

Thank you for your valuable advice. I've been unsure about whether to offer a free trial, and your insights have given me great guidance.
 
Do not offer free trials. Instead offer a short period paid trial to help buyers decide if they want to buy long term or not.
 
Take a look at Manychat .com

You can setup follow-ups but also ask for a like, share, etc before providing ANY free trial.

People might not want to bother with the above so they just sign-up.

In general the entire chat thing allows some people to keep asking more and more, versus impulse buys. I understand the chat way works well for these type of products you are selling but don't allow them to much air to breath so to speak.

Possibly even setup a 1$ 3 day trial and rebill automatically.
 
Trial conversion has dropped in recent years due to the sheer volume of providers, allows for trial abuse.

You can review your FB ad targeting settings. You want the reach to be narrow to moderate. Really narrow down your market targets as you are using a very low budget so you need to maximise every cent.

You should be automating your trial setups anyway; via API token and something like WHMCS. Creating and sending trials manually is a complete waste of your time which can be spent better on marketing and growth.

Thank you! I will try this method. The trial offer will be free, with a small fee of $2 for 3 days.
 
Simply dont offer free trial it is a headeach people love freebe
They can create many whatsup acoount and ask again and again
