come on man.. if you are using cracked PayPal accounts you are really doing business at the wrong side of the internet

Did you try adding vcc ?
 
Here's how to deal with that problem:

1. Upgrade your PayPal to business. (it's free)
2. You have to submit your bank details, this include linking your bank to PayPal. Once linked, check your online bank transaction for the 3 digit code that PayPal have sent and enter those digits in PayPal for confirmation.
3. Done!

That's how they are trying to limit the use of Stealth accounts sadly...
 
Why not refund the fund , and ask the sender to user another method ! Or PayPal is just like a pin in the dick
 
I think for OP's case is redeemable as i believe there are services on here that he can use to add his info.
Mine is quite the opposite i guess. I need a bank account registeted with my name froma country ive never stepped my foot on, not even sure if they have online banking etc. i think its hopeless getting the funds out now :( or what do you think guys?

I tried, if I remember correctly they ask me to call them but well guess what.. it's complicated and I just gave up. Could you recommend me a good vcc like neteller?
 
There are banks that you can add and withdraw,names dont matter to them

Is name mismatch or a complete different name not an issue? Does it mean i can add bank act from other countries like US or UK and still be able to withdraw?
 
yes some banks accept complete different names for withdrawals, if you re in US you can use movo, in UK or EU you can use other banks
