Why are you complaining about .tk domains? I am using them for instagram + OGads and never ever had problems with them...

what bout .gq domain?

go for any cheap tld you want.
but get a .com your first paycheck.
you traffic will quadruple just by going from sketchy .gq to a .com.

Don't worry about the domain yet. Spend some time in building your accounts and increase the number of accounts (at least 10). The domain is important but it is okay to use the .tk domain, I made a lot of money with Youtube Method/Instagram method using .ga/.tk/.gq domains. You can't make a lot using that domain these days due to Instagram, but there is absolutely no need to worry in the beginning.
If you have a credit card, you can use it to get .com domain for .99£ on GoDaddy and host them on Google Firebase or Azure for free.
