4. I can wait 30 - 45 days to be paid with no problems, the most important thing is that I know I will get paid on the day you say.
5. forum with methods that works or worked, tips, tricks
6. email us with news about new offers if any
7. make some contests like - who make first $5000 this week get an Iphone, stuff like that
8. think like we think and you've get all answers, i'm sure you worked before on CPA
9. Tell us the name of your cpa network

An open, honest and transparent network does not exist yet. Don't broker offers from other networks, just don't. Pay ON TIME, every time, if you miss a payment my trust is gone. Make an in house built tracking platform and optimize it to the very last bit so that everyone can get good conversions. As also stated numerous times - don't shave. Or if you do shave, since you're going to make a transparent network, tell the affiliates that you are shaving. Now here comes another concern, how are you to guarantee that you're not going to become greedy at some point? Hope you're catching my drift here. Please do realize that if you're going to go for a transparent, open and honest network, the usual twists and bullshit that every network goes with will not pull it off, and people are going to know right from the very start if your network will truly be transparent. You need to do something different, or take a radically different approach to pull this off ( I'm not sure if you understand me here, but I hope you do, don't know how to explain it better ).

I'm not having my hopes up high at all to be honest, but I do wish for such a network to appear. Only time will tell.

Honestly, I've been around for a long time and as much as I like IM, affiliate marketing or the game, there's just as much hate within me, if not more than the love. If I have to go over the bad sides it's all going to go down to 1 word - pigsty. A disgusting pigsty.

From what everyone has said there's already a few networks out there like that. Two that I actually push traffic with are a4d and cpa prosperity. Both pay weekly, I know a4d doesn't do paypal, but the other does. I've met both companies owners and AM's at the shows. I think a few people from BHW was hanging out with the cpa prosperity crew last year in vegas.

The main thing is as long as your traffic is clean, no fraud and shit like that, most networks are great. Of course like thejake said up there.. there's a few who crash and burn real fast because they don't know how to handle things. :x
