Hi, so yesterday I bought a 400+ visitor a day fiverr traffic gig for my YouTube channel. Since the gig has started (yesterday) I have gained 20 new subscribers, which is great (my daily average was 2 before). But when I clicked on the accounts I realised that the users had been mass subscribing, with 5+ subscriptions per hour, and a lot of them were subscribing to the same channels. I looked into this deeper and on nearly every forum people were saying that fiverr traffic is usually fake. I was wondering if this gig looks suspicious and also, what is the best way to get keyword targeted REAL traffic to my YouTube channel without spending money? I'm new to the whole SEO world and I'm unsure. I know AdWords is an option but I don't want to be spending x amount of money per day on it.

Yeah Fiverr traffic is fake and can get your YouTube account banned, so avoid Fiverr traffic. Since you are not interested in SEO, the best traffic generation method I can recommend to you is paid ads. If adwords is too expensive for you, try Bing ads, 7search, or Facebook ads.

I am actually quite interested in SEO, I just don't know how to get started. Would you advise I cancel the fiverr gig then?

It is not all fake. There are real ones, but don't buy traffic directly, because that might be faked.Buy rather banner advert. From high level sellers.Take a look, something like this:

Just to say i don't do gigs on fiverr, not affiliated with anything i recommend.

I suggest you to not go with Fiverr traffic, they can banned you from YouTube so better stay away from them.

I now know not to go with fiverr traffic! I think I will just cancel the gig then. And Wizard04, I'm completely new to all of this, so I wasn't sure what to expect for prices and such, but I will admit I should have done a bit more research! So what is the best way to get my YouTube channel to grow with people actually interested in my niche?

Are you sure you are not promoting your gig?
This gig I so old the last review is more then one year old!
Its a dead gig.

I am 100% sure that i am not promoting my gig.Not going to push myself for $5.What you might think or who ever thinks about if i am promoting or not is also not important for me.
The gig is just an example what might worth to look at.Simply because they are not selling traffic, only advertisement place, and if you take a look they are not selling for a month/which is obviously a scam/,they do it by impressions.
Probably they know what their traffic is worth.
As for the age i didn't check. It might be a simple gig re-skinned.Change title etc.

I know i said i don't care what you think, still i don't like to be accused of something, and that you don't even look at the product itself what it might be or might not be.Just doing assumptions.

Haters...Haters everywhere...:banghead:

Don't get me wrong, I don't have nothing against you.

Its just the OP is a newbie in this field and you are giving him an example of what good gig should look like. The example you provide as a "good" fiverr gig is the worst, its a dead gig and your suggestion of a banner is a better option is not true.
Most of the sites that sell banners are sites with low or now traffic and don't get fooled by PR the site have.

My advice for OP is to avoid fiverr for real traffic outsourcing.

Fiverr is Fake, You need to buy someone on BHW . Just search and find it.
