courrpt - your question is a veryy good one and hard one too as i face the same problem all the time - my view try do both
your situation should decide what you do - if you got a few hundred grand banked then go with the long term method
if you havent got good amount of cash banked then go with the short term method
also when you have a longer term method and you want to exit the business ie sell it off then you get lot more money for i!

About ur chat method, how come they would agree to meet u on another site after they already met u on pof?

hmmm classified site very interesting game - so you got cl / you got bp / kiji etc
whats different about you?
focus on local towns cities - add local businesses listings and anything local keyword
long tail short tail but local
list businesses for free and get the site indexed for say 500-1000 keywords min
thats building traffic pr etc
now you have 3 options
1. advertising revenue - adsense / banners / ads from local businesses
2. Commission revenue - affiliate income look at your demographic - you got kids or old people using the site etc
3. Sell something or get paid for listings - like for posting items for sale or real estate is big too
that should give you some ideas - without more details i cant help more !

why dont you sign up as a bloke on pof and message some girls and see the shit you get - that will give you an idea

What I would like to ask is, How can I jump into much bigger ventures, I have been spamming facebook, CL etc. from past 6 months and consistently earning lower $XXX/day.
what I want to ask from you is how can i grow myself more into this, I want $X,XXX/day now, you would say ppc yeah i also but the thing is am sick of ma ads getting disapproved. if you can teach me privately it will be real help from me
BTW I know a bit of programming also and can automate things so if you have any techie method i would appreciate that

Hey BigGuys, I really do appreciate you taking time to help out the BHW members, I've read every reply and it's giving me better insight on many things I once was clueless about.
I'm currently making around $800 - $1000 per month selling/re-selling services online (YouTube, Backlinks, etc.). Now, I have been doing this for 4 years and my profits have went down each year, so I want to focus on a different way to earn profit. I spend a lot of time online and am willing to try almost anything to get my earnings in the right direction.
tl;dr : What are some good methods for somebody with decent $$$ to invest that can earn $1000+ a month?

Besides organic search engine traffic, what would be a good way to drive traffic to a content locker site?
For organic search engine traffic, I heard that google won't rank you site if you have a content locker, is this true? If it is, I am thinking of first building legitimate site and then putting a content locker once it ranks. Problem is, I fear the site will get hit once google recrawls site and discovers content locker, is this a legitimate concern?

2. Biggest mistake was not building a list with my traffic i had for about a year because i thought it was pointless i lost about $150k by not doing that
