I'm blown away by this place

I have trolled here for awhile having come from other forums but feeling like they were just redundant. I wasn't going to join here because I didn't want to be judged for going to a site that had blackhat in it. Yet, I am blown away. Like the wind lifted my fat ass and off I go. The other place seems more blackhat than this place. It's down to earth and you want to get to know people & build relationships that you know you'll have for a lifetime.

I really enjoy being here. I like reading what people are asking for, their struggles and what makes them excited aside from the dollar. The other site didn't have it. Just imagine trying to get to the top and people kicking you in the face or writing over something. It's like we are all walking together. I don't stress about making money anymore because I know when the opportunity rises, it'll show itself.

You guys crack me up. It did seem preachy but I rarely ever go over there. I mean, I do but just for a second. Here, I just feel like I can help someone and know that no one is going to try to take what I am doing. Yeah, I'm sure I'll meet my fair share of bung holes but isn't that everywhere?
It just feels good. We will all get to the top.

Very nice read OP. I also went through a similar process when I came here. Thinking shit like...

1) I don't wanna hang out with a bunch of kids.
2) I don't wanna hang out with a bunch of trolls.
3) I don't wanna hang out with a bunch of hackers, spammers, unethical BH SEO type people.

I had hung out on Warrior Forum for ***3*** years prior to coming here. And its unbelievable the extent of which a simple forum can brainwash the shit out of you. On WF guys always use to say, "stay away from BH, it's for short term, it's for young kids and you'll never make real money". Or "if you do BH you'll be banned from every network and you'll never be able to do affiliate marketing again".

There were so many things I read like this that I actually internalized and believed. Especially getting banned from affiliate networks. But then you notice really weird things. Like many of the WSOs being sold.... they're blackhat. And worse, they advertise that it's "whitehat" when it's not even close. I also realized that it's really hard to get banned from an affiliate network. You just gotta know which networks are down with what and it's that simple.

It really is so weird now. I use to be so close to WF. I use to be friends with so many of the members on there. I use to be active, excited, I use to contribute so much and loved the place.

But these days? It's crazy. I visit that forum now and just feel empty. I see all these random noobie strangers. So many long term members have disappeared. The threads have gotten EXPONENTIALLY worse. The overall spirit, attitude and rules have changed. Like at 1 point, not sure if many people realize this but WaFo use to be a fiesty ass forum. Mostly thanks to the copywriting forum. Moderators did not go near that forum and a lot of the fights and drama spilled out into other forums which made the forum interesting and gave it a personality. Then the place was bought out and now it's completely soul less.

BHW on the other hand? This place has soul. This is how a real marketing forum should be. No bullshit. Much more transparency. Awesome mods you actually get to know and like. It really is an awesome place to learn, network and get your game on.

Yes! Dude, I totally get you. I felt that way with them as well hence why I felt so like I wasn't doing anything. Then everyone wants something for free or samples or they try to use the leverage. There is minimal risk for them and they can waste time and not think twice about it.

There is a golden heart with real flesh and blood, and real feelings under the black hat. You felt its warmth very early, and you also talked about it with as much warmth. Good, you are going to be a great member and love this place more as time goes by! Welcome home!
