Since SEO got a information double at about 2-3 months what should I focus on now since I've been out of the game for about a year? Tiered link building with social juice still the shit?

Start testing again.

What works and is safe now:
- social
- guest posts
- contextual links
- bookmarks
- manual blog comments in relevant sites

Be careful about:
- the authority of the tier 1 sites (don't get links from low DA)
- anchor text distribution (focus on brand terms and general anchors)
- don't overdo a single resource.

In other words, keep it natural.

I see from your previous posts that you have bought services from The Marketplace, were these ever directed at the PBN or were they for personal projects?
