Im back Updates scaling!! Brainstorm

Hey guys its been a while since I posted I started the Online Rep campaign a few months ago, and I got 3 clients from the packets I mailed out which im excited and grateful for that, as an Entrepreneur we are always looking to scale/outsource/ add to existing services etc so Today I have created My online marketing company as many of you guys have already Im starting locally and Im offering web design since most local biz's don't have them and then im going to follow up with a Sales rep later to offer seo and social media services, so basically Im going to hire me a f/t sales rep that will receive a % of the sale (commission only) and I will work on building and scaling the business also networking etc My plan is to scale my biz into the high xx,xxx by the end of the year.... Now im going to use the following

1. grasshopper ( phone system)

2. MS excel ( to keep track of clients etc)

3. Basecamp ( to track the work of my workers)


also I want to focus on OFFline mktg strategies postcards,letters,local meetups etc


so their you have it, im just taking action thats all if any of you that OWN and operate a offline consulting biz

and want to chime in thats cool if not cool also, Im doing this F/T so def not a Noob also if you want to know how I plan on getting local web design

leads I basically went to the Chamber of commerce of my city and had my VA call them and set an appt and have my sales rep close them

Yep! outsourcing everything
