I'm back needing help! Please assist

I successfully have made my wordpress site and have the layout decently setup. I just am having some minor issues organizing the posts and links etc. I would be very very grateful for some assistance. My site is freeexpertpicks. it is a .net site (very crude so far). i want to be able to make a different post under each category in the header everyday. I don't know how to get to the posts, I also don't know how to make the header a hyperlink that when you click on it it directs you to the homepage. I basically just need advice on how to organize posts and links and layout direction. I am a noob so a simplification of the explanation would be amazing. Thanks again for the help!
