^What he said.You have found your niche now. Don't reveal it 100% to the stupid manager or the owner. Go solo as a eBay merchant in that niche in your spare time if you can.
I don't know if there are laws stopping you just listing these items for yourself and keeping the profit for yourself?
It's even better that they drop-ship so you don't even need capital to start your own business. I know personally that eBay sales can be shaky but if you are making $ on the side then it makes your day job easier to buy.
You need to keep this shit from your employers, get set up with your supplier, list items for yourself on eBay and expand the range you are selling (I assume this company has more than one product)

Now position yourself so you are indispensable to the company.
Start working out how much profit you are making the company and keep a tally.
Then in a year's time you will have a bargaining tool to either ask to move up into management (be careful as sometimes this can mean earning less) or a bigger cut of the profits.
After another year or so you could even go independent and offer your services to other dealer's or even become a dealer yourself.
Now position yourself so you are indispensable to the company.

Its a ma and pop dealer, ill be leaving soon anyways. just going to milk it for now. practice seo, run adwords, cl marketing. Ill never be management because the management is the son of the company hahah.
