You have your answer in front of you. As a matter of fact you said it without realizing it.
All those things you said you didn't want to do, well guess what? Most people don't want to do them as well. That's your way in. If everybody has your attitude there's a lot of work left on the table that most people won't do. Do them and you will make money.
Writing articles? With 10 hours of work, worst case scenario you will write 10 articles. If you are charging 4$ (since everyone else charges $5) you'd be making 40$/day. That is 1200$ which is a good start. This isn't what you needed but it will get you running again.
After you have make some money buy a tool (scrapebox or something), choose something that most people don't want to do, again. Master it, and charge for it, only this time you won't need 10 hours to complete the 10 daily orders. This means that you will have more spare time - you can use it to earn a valuable skill - SEO. That will help you build a passive income.
So in this plan you will make good cash in those 60 days, and maybe advance a bit more. If you work hard every day, here is your plan to make it work.
Writing is easy, I figure you are good with english from your post but even if you aren't MS Office will correct you 95% of the time.
When I Was starting out, I didn't have any money to invest. I was writing 2 articles for 4$ on fiverr. Because I was the cheapest and did a good job i got a lot of work. I picked up some cash for scrapebox, learnt it (while writing to keep things going) and started using it for my own sites.
You can fail 100 times, but you would still be on your way to success if you don't lose faith in yourself!
