Im a noob and need help

So i just purchased a domain and gator hosting and opened up the cpanel. Now how exactly do i start working on my site fast? Do i need to download a template first? Open up site builder? sorry for this question

What kind of site are you wanting to create? A lot of people start with wordpress as it is pretty easy to use but it really depends on what your goals are.

Since you have no idea what your doing you need to install wordpress and just use a theme already made. You would get so lost with html,php etc.

Press control+F in the cpanel then type in fantastico. That is the installer for wordpress. Once you have wordpress installed you can work on your website.

i recommend you Download and Go through All these Videos.

they will show you step by step how to Install wordpress and other plugins, etc.
