you can search on Marketplace, some recommends to stay away from scammers are: choose the one who have posts and account created long time ago, check posts below their thread cuz there's a lot of feedback, check the reputation on many platforms like facebook, telegram, website,... the most reliable way is asking some of your friends/advertisers who already have experience working with agency.
