Hello, I just joined the platform. I have appeared and made sales on many platforms before. But now I want to ask what the rules are like here. First of all, I opened a few topics, they were deleted, I don't know why. First of all, I don't fully understand, do I need to buy something and earn points, or do I need to do a few things to open a topic?

Hey, welcome! BHW has rules for posting, and some sections need a membership or approval. If your threads were deleted, check the forum rules and section guidelines. You don’t need to buy anything, but engaging first helps. Check the Newbie Guide or ask a mod if unsure.

First of all welcome here. Second, to sell here you need to upgrade your account, non upgraded members can not sell here at all. All selling should be done in the Marketplace threads and costs $30 per year and thread, as an upgraded member you can also answer Want To Buy and Hire A Freelancer threads. Also, make sure you read the rules here twice or more as this is a higly moderated community.

It depends on the platform's rules. Some forums require points or activity to post, while others have strict moderation. Check the guidelines or contact support to understand why your topics were deleted.

First, did you read the very first DM that you got? That points to some of the most important rules.

Second, did you read the warning DMs that you received? Those will tell you what rule you violated. After that, I'd start reading through https://www.blackhatworld.com/forums/newbie-guide.242/ and you'll find loads of good tips, tricks and how-tos about the forum.

Honestly though, if you participate in conversations about things and you don't try to sell or advertise stuff until you're allowed to, you'll be fine.
