Okay bottom line is I need 45 dollars for some important thing and I just so happened to mis manage my funds this month.
For $45 i will gurantee you %5 percent residual income of one of my site that is doing tremendously well, I have not monetized it yet cause Im still letting it come into its own, It gets around 8k UV a day, its a PR3, virtually no backlinks lol I will do more seo when I have it all set up like I want.
This is a great deal, cause the site is actually my hobby so I constantly work on it along with my team.
The site will make 1000's a month easy, I threw adsense on it for a few days just to see what is waht and in those few days i made $300 .
