Igerslike Issue, has anyone else dealt with this before?

So I have been using IGERSlike for account creation for about a month now. I have created 9 accounts on 4 different ips. Im building 3 accounts per ip, so I had 3 slots left, 1 account slot left for one ip address and 2 for another. Both of these ips have already had accounts created on them. Today I went to create an account on both of them and got this error We have failed to perform a security check before create this account! If this error persists please contact us..

I bought a new a proxy and tried it again and got the same error. With that said, I do have IGERSlike proxy whitelisted from my proxy provider so I don't think it could be that. Anyone else have any other suggestions??
